Not much is known of the young female raised in Chinese Providence, adopted by a young family that moved to the Chinese Provinces to escape their lives within the American walls. She was trained until she was 21 and then released into the population to try and live a life, after she was released she began Jumping.

Figures that the first character to join after the design and balancing restrictions are suspended is one that flies in the face of the former rules, haha. Teleportation was one of the most heavily debated, balanced, and watched abilities in the old days. But, as long as you don't do anything unrealistic, are aware of the dangers, don't godmode using it, and I get no complaints, I have no problem with your character having it as an ability. Personally, I'd like it flesh out just a little more in terms of a rough approximation of how far she can "jump". Are we talking around the world, a couple of miles, a city block, or just a couple of feet?

Regardless, I'll give you the stamp of approval just so you can get posting, since I doubt it'll be an issue. Just make the distinction on distance for me, oh and how long you mean for her to need to concentrate to be successful. I'm fine with concentration time being proportional to the distance, too, if you want to go that route.
